• All payments are due at the time of services rendered.

• If you have an outstanding balance, you will not be seen until it has been paid.

Cancellations &No Shows

• < 24 hours before an intake appointment will incur a $100 fee

• < 24 hours before a follow-up  appointment will incur a $50 fee

We are currently working with a variety of insurance companies to become credentialed providers, allowing us to accept more plans and bringing our services to a wider range of people. As we update our list of accepted insurances, we will keep you informed, so you can get the care you need and deserve.
